摘要
发电厂直流系统属于发电厂的二次系统中的重要一环,按照要求必须安装微机直流绝缘监测装置,但是仍存在正确告警率低、部分产品存在动作死区等问题,限制了监测装置作用的发挥,如果过于依赖绝缘监测装置,必将导致故障时间延长,威胁机组安全稳定运行。理论结合现场实际,对绝缘监测装置的常见问题进行了研究、探讨、分析,并给出建议。
The DC system of the power plant is an important part of the secondary system of the power plant.According to the requirements,a microcomputer DC insulation monitoring device must be installed.However,there are still problems such as low correct alarm rate and action dead zone of some products.The shortcomings and defects of the microcomputer DC insulation monitoring device seriously limit its function.Relying on the insulation monitoring device will cause the fault time to be prolonged and affect the safe and stable operation of the unit.This paper studies and discusses the common problems of insulation monitoring device from the aspects of theory and field practice,analyzes the problems and gives suggestions.
