厦门市思明区排水管网改造重难点及对策

Key and Difficult Points and Countermeasures of Drainage Pipe Network Reconstruction in Siming District of Xiamen City

区域性排水管网改造是城镇水环境治理的关键一环,因其具备点多、线长、面广的特点,施工过程中往往“意外”不断。文章以厦门市思明区为例,分析了思明区排水管网现状,以及排水管网改造过程遇到的各项管理重难点,探索出了建立区级指挥体系,健全项目管理体系,打通“部门、街、局”沟通渠道,加大宣传力度等各项管理措施,为国内同类型区域性排水管网改造项目提供可借鉴的管理经验。

The reconstruction of regional drainage pipe network is a key part of urban water environment treatment.Because of its characteristics of multiple points, long lines and wide areas, there are often "accidents" during the construction process. Taking Siming District of Xiamen City as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of drainage pipe network in Siming District and the key and difficult points of management encountered in the process of drainage pipe network reconstruction, and explores various management measures such as establishing district-level command system, improving project management system,opening up communication channels among "departments,streets and bureaus", and increasing publicity, so as to provide management experience for similar regional drainage pipe network reconstruction projects in China.
