基于绿色施工管理理念的建筑施工管理研究

Research on Building Construction Management Based on Green Construction Management Concept

当前我国建筑企业面临着转型的重要挑战,企业不仅要建设质量过硬的建筑工程,还需要注重项目工程的经济环保性,而对于建筑行业而言,其本身就存在污染风险性,特别是在传统建筑行业中更甚。对此,文章基于绿色施工管理的内涵及应用原则,探讨了绿色施工管理理念的重要性,并分析了当前建筑施工管理中存在的问题,最后着重论述了基于绿色施工管理理念的施工管理创新举措,以供参考。

At present,China’s construction enterprises are facing important challenges of transformation.Enterprises should not only build high-quality building engineering,but also need to pay attention to the economic and environmental protection performance of project engineering.For the construction industry,there is a risk of pollution itself,especially in the traditional construction industry.In this regard,Based on the connotation and application principles of green construction management,this paper discusses the importance of green construction management concept,and analyzes the problems existing in the current building construction management.Finally,it focuses on the construction management innovation measures based on the green construction management concept for reference.
