施工阶段工程造价管理问题与对策探索

工程效益直接决定了建筑施工企业的发展,因此在施工建设中各施工企业都极其重视造价管理,以期通过有效的造价管控来减少工程建设中的资金支出,进而起到提高工程效益的目的。但是在具体的工程造价管理中,依然存在工程量管理不到位、组织设计不完善、造价信息失准、签证管理不规范等方面的问题,大大增加了工程建设中的成本造价风险。因此,文章在对现阶段工程造价管理中的常见问题进行深入分析的同时,提出了加强施工阶段工程造价管理的具体对策,以供参考。

The project benefit directly determines the development of construction enterprises.Therefore,all construction enterprises attach great importance to cost management in construction,in order to reduce the capital expenditure in project construction through effective cost control,so as to improve the project benefit.However,in the specific project cost management,there are still problems such as inadequate project quantity management,imperfect organizational design,inaccurate cost information,and irregular visa management,which greatly increase the cost risk in project construction.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the common problems in the current project cost management,and puts forward specific countermeasures to strengthen the project cost management in the construction stage for reference.
