城市市政道路及地下空间建设时序研究——以某新城示范区建设为例

Research on Construction Sequence of Urban Municipal Roads and Underground Space——Taking the Construction of a New City Demonstration Area as an Example

文章以某新城示范区建设为例,通过分析示范区建设内容及规模,结合具体建设原则,并综合考虑施工技术、土地经营、工程造价等因素,对新城示范区的市政道路及地下空间建设时序及西片区地下支路结构与周边二级地块建设时序进行了研究分析,研究成果可为国内相似地下空间建设时序分析提供参考。

Taking the construction of a new city demonstration area as an example, this paper analyzes the construction content and scale of the demonstration area, combines the specific construction principles, and comprehensively considers factors such as construction technology, land management, engineering cost. The construction sequence of municipal roads and underground space in the new city demonstration area and the construction sequence of underground branch structure and surrounding secondary plots in the western area are studied and analyzed. The research results can provide references for the analysis of the construction sequence of similar underground space in China.
