Research on the Whole Process Engineering Consultation under Architect Responsibility System

近年来,我国颁布了一系列政策积极推广建筑项目全过程工程咨询模式,传统设计单位如何置身改革洪流并实施有效转型成为其势必要直面的命题。文章概述了全过程工程咨询的相关政策,总结了建筑师负责制下全咨业务发展的难点及对策,试图通过多角度分析,为设计企业的全咨业务转型提供一点建议。

In recent years, the state has promulgated a series of policies to actively promote the whole process engineering consulting mode of construction projects. How to engage in the torrent of reform and implement effective transformation has become a proposition that traditional design units must face directly. This paper outlines relevant policies of the whole process engineering consultation, summarizes the difficulties and countermeasures of the development of the whole process consulting business under architect responsibility system, and tries to provide some suggestions for the transformation of the whole process consulting business of the design enterprise through multi-angle analysis.
