关于心血管外科住院医师规范化培训教学的体会和思考

Experience and thinking on teaching of standardized training of cardiovascular surgery residents

住院医师规范化培训是住院医师进入并且适应临床工作的必经之路,心血管外科学是临床医学中的重要学科,在住院医师规范化培训教学中的地位非常重要,也是住院医师规范化培训教学中的难点学科。本文通过在心血管外科住院医师规范化培训教学中的体会分析存在的问题,结合其不同于普通外科教学的特点及临床实际情况,对如何提升教师和学生的素养,提高住院医师规范化培训教学的质量进行了思考和总结,探讨解决问题的方法,培养出能够担起未来心血管外科发展重任的具有临床职业胜任力的医学人才。

The standardized training of resident doctors is the only way that must be passed to engage in and adapt to clinical work.Cardiovascular surgery is an important subject in clinical medicine.It plays a significant role in the teach⁃ing of resident training and is also a difficulty in the teaching of resident training.Based on the teaching experience of cardiovascular surgery resident training,this paper analyzes the existing problems.Combined with its characteristics dif⁃ferent from the general surgery teaching and clinical practice,methods to improve the quality of teachers and students as well as the teaching quality of resident training are considered and summarized.Besides,solutions to problems are explored to cultivate medical talents with clinical competence who can shoulder the heavy responsibility of future devel⁃opment of cardiovascular surgery.
