我国综合交通枢纽城市的生态交通效率及其影响因素研究

Study on Eco-Transport Efficiency and Its Influence Factors of Comprehensive Transport-Hub City in China

摘要 以《国家综合立体交通网规划纲要》中20个国际性综合交通枢纽城市为研究对象,在借助DE-MATEL法筛选关键指标的基础上,采用考虑非期望产出PM_(2.5)的超效率SBM模型测算城市生态交通效率,然后构建面板数据回归模型分析生态交通效率与其影响因素之间的关系.结果表明:2011—2019年大部分城市的生态交通效率较高,位于1~1.5之间,而少数城市不足0.5;城市GDP和交通能耗对城市生态交通效率起负面作用,反映出当前普遍存在城市盲目追求经济和能源投入,忽视生态交通相应比例的产出效益,从而导致生态交通效率下降的问题. To provide theoretical reference for transportation achieving high-quality development of China,twenty international comprehensive transport-hub cities proposed by‘Comprehensive National Transport Network Plan’are selected as the study objects.Based on the key indicators selected by DEMATEL method,the super efficiency SBM model considering undesirable output PM_(2.5) is adopted to measure the urban eco-transport efficiency,and then the panel data regression model is constructed to analyze the relationship between the efficiency and its influence factors.The research results show that most cities in 2011—2019 have high eco-transport efficiencies,ranging from 1-1.5,while a few cities have less than 0.5.The urban GDP and transportation energy consumption have a negative effect on the efficiency,which reflects the current common problems of blindly pursuing of economic and energy input,but neglect the proportionate output benefit,leading to the decline of the eco-transport efficiency.
