摘要
如何精确测量操动机构的运动特性,对研究断路器的开断能力有重要意义.为准确测量操动机构的运动特性,基于LabVIEW平台提出了一种图像处理方法,搭建了一套操动机构运动速度的检测系统.利用高速相机采集断路器开断过程中的运动图像,通过LabVIEW中的VISION模块对运动边缘进行高精度定位,计算动端在运动过程中的运动参数,并结合运动参数对断路器的开断能力进行评估.实验结果表明:所提方法可以精确检测操动机构运动参数,且具有精度高、操作简单等优点,为研究断路器的开断能力提供了有力的技术支持.
In order to measure the motion characteristics of the actuator accurately,an image processing method based on LabVIEW platform is proposed to build a system for detecting the motion speed of the actuator.A high-speed camera is used to capture the motion images of the circuit breaker during the opening process,and the VISION module in LabVIEW is used to locate the motion edges with high accuracy.The motion parameters of the moving end during the motion process is calculated,and the opening capacity of the circuit breaker is evaluated by combining the motion parameters.The experiment results show that the proposed method can achieve accurate detection of the motion parameters of the operating mechanism with the advantages of high accuracy and simple operation,which can provide strong technical support for the study of the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker.
