口腔正畸矫治后发生牙根吸收的影响因素

Influencing factors of root absorption after orthodontic treatment

目的:分析口腔正畸矫治后发生牙根吸收的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年7月该院收治的60例口腔正畸矫治患者的临床资料,根据正畸矫治结束后牙根吸收程度分为无/轻度组(n=49)和中重度组(n=11);经Logistic回归分析口腔正畸矫治后发生牙根吸收的影响因素。结果:60例口腔正畸矫治患者中,11例发生中重度牙根吸收,占18.33%;单因素分析结果显示,中重度组的减数拔牙、服用四环素类抗生素、矫治力的作用方式、治疗前血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)高表达占比均高于无/轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组性别、年龄、正畸时间及矫正牙部位比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,减数拔牙、未服用四环素类抗生素、持续力作用、治疗前血清IL-6高表达均为影响口腔正畸矫治后发生中重度牙根吸收的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:减数拔牙、未服用四环素类抗生素、持续力作用、治疗前血清IL-6高表达均为影响口腔正畸矫治后发生中重度牙根吸收的危险因素。

Objective:To analyze influencing factors of root absorption after orthodontic treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with orthodontic treatment admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the degree of root absorption after orthodontic treatment,these patients were divided into non/mild group and moderate and severe group.The influencing factors of root absorption after orthodontic treatment were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results:Among the 60 patients with orthodontic treatment,11 cases had moderate to severe root absorption,accounting for 18.33%.The univariate analysis showed that the proportions of reduction tooth extraction,taking Tetracycline antibiotics,mode of action of orthodontic force and high expression of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)in the moderate and severe group were higher than those in the non/mild group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in gender,age,treatment time and the location of orthodontic teeth between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that reduction tooth extraction,not taking Tetracycline antibiotics,continuous force and high expression of serum IL-6 were all risk factors of moderate and severe root absorption after orthodontic treatment(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Reduction tooth extraction,not taking Tetracycline antibiotics,continuous force and high expression of serum IL-6 are the risk factors of moderate and severe root absorption after orthodontic treatment.
