摘要
目的:观察虚拟现实技术(VR)结合多体位智能化(MPI)下肢康复机器人在卒中患者康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年4月该院收治的86例卒中患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用MPI下肢康复机器人干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合VR干预。比较两组干预前后Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、下肢运动功能(FMA)评分、卒中患者运动功能评估量表(MAS)评分、功能性步行量表(FAC)分级、简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果:干预后,观察组BBS、FMA、MAS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FAC分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组MMSE、BI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VR结合MPI下肢康复机器人应用于卒中患者,可改善患者平衡能力和认知功能,提升下肢运动功能和步行能力,其效果优于单纯MPI下肢康复机器人干预。
Objective:To observe application effects of virtual reality(VR)technology combined with multi-position intelligent(MPI)lower limb rehabilitation robot in rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 stroke patients admitted to this hospital from May 2018 to April 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by MPI lower limb rehabilitation robot,while the observation group was combined with VR intervention on the basis of that of the control group.The Berg balance scale(BBS)score,the lower limb motor function assessment(FMA)score,the motor assessment scale(MAS)score for the stroke patients,the functional ambulation category(FAC)score,the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score and the modified Barthel index(BI)score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the scores of BBS,FMA and MAS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FAC grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the MMSE and BI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:VR combined with MPI lower limb rehabilitation robot for the stroke patients can improve the balance ability and the cognitive function,and improve the lower limb motor function and the walking ability.Moreover,it is superior to single MPI lower limb rehabilitation robot intervention.
