北京市大中专护生老年护理择业动机现状及影响因素调查

Current Situation and Influential Factors of Nursing Students′ Career Motivation toward Gerontological Nursing in Junior College and Technical Secondary School in Beijing

目的 调查分析北京市大中专护生的老年护理择业动机现状及其影响因素,为改善其择业动机以培养更多的老年护理人才提供依据。方法 采用便利抽样的方式,于2022年4月选取北京市两所医院和一所学校的在校中专生331人和大专生251人作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、对老年人态度量表和老年护理择业动机问卷进行调查分析。结果 中专和大专护生的老年护理择业动机得分分别为(46.44±8.75)分及(47.41±8.58)分,中专和大专护生对老年人态度得分分别为(153.51±23.45)分及(157.47±22.51)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示:对老年人态度,对护理专业态度,对老年护理工作了解程度以及是否实习是影响中专护生老年护理择业动机的主要因素;对老年人态度及对护理专业态度是影响大专护生老年护理择业动机的主要因素。结论 北京市大中专护生对老年人态度积极,对护理工作喜欢,对老年护理工作较为了解的护生老年护理择业动机较积极。

Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and influential factors of career motivation toward gerontological nursing among nursing students in junior college and technical secondary school in Beijing.Methods In April 2022,331 technical secondary school nursing students and 251 junior college nursing students from two hospitals and one school in Beijing were surveyed and analyzed by convenience sampling and online questionnaire(including general data questionnaire,Kogan's attitude toward older people scale and gerontological nursing career motivation questionnaire).Results The scores of gerontological nursing career motivation questionnaire of nursing students in technical secondary school and junior college were(46.44±8.75)and(47.41±8.58),respectively;and the scores of Kogan's attitude toward older people scale were(153.51±23.45)and(157.47±22.51),respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the attitude toward older people,the attitude toward nursing profession,the degree of understanding of gerontological care,and the internship were the main factors affecting the career motivation of technical secondary school nursing students.The attitude toward older people and the attitude toward the nursing profession were the main factors affecting the career motivation of junior college nursing students.Conclusion Among technical secondary school and junior college nursing students in Beijing,those who have a positive attitude toward older people,like nursing work,and know more about geriatric nursing,have a more positive motivation to choose a gerontological nursing career.
