摘要
路易体痴呆(DLB)是一种常见的神经退行性疾病,目前的治疗为针对不同类别症状的对症治疗。1例老年女性DLB患者通过包含甘露特钠在内的联合用药方案,病情得以改善,可为今后DLB患者的治疗提供临床参考。
Dementia with Lewy bodies(DLB)is a common neurodegenerative disease,and it is mainly treated symptomatically.This paper reported that the symptoms of one older woman with DLB improved through combination drug regimen including sodium oligomannate,which may provide clinical reference for the treatment of DLB.
