网络民粹主义是当代中国社会独特的媒介景观,愈发成为一股势头强劲的社会思潮。作为传统民粹主义与网络技术赋权相互耦合所衍生的结果,网络民粹主义主要以在网络群体性事件中制造话语并掀起舆论的方式活跃于网络空间。网络民粹主义已然形成了系统固定的一整套运作模式,依托话语实践传递出自身的价值诉求。其话语叙事风格呈对抗性、情绪性和伪装性,话语生产策略主要有标签化、勾连化以及批判化,话语运作方式集中体现为话语渲染、话语动员以及话语垄断。从微观话语维度出发,撼动网络民粹主义的话语立场,引领网络民粹主义的话语生产,解构网络民粹主义的话语霸权,规制网络民粹主义的话语主体,涵养网络民粹主义的话语生态是网络民粹主义治理的路向选择。

Network populism is a unique media landscape of contemporary Chinese society.It is the result of the coupling of traditional populism and network technology empowerment.It is active in cyberspace by creating discourse and raising public opinion in network group events,and has increasingly become a strong social ideological trend.Network populism has already formed a set of systematic and fixed discourse mode,which relies on discourse practice to convey its own value.Its discourse narrative style is antagonistic,emotional and camouflage.The production strategies of discourse are mainly tagging,linking and criticizing.The operation mode of discourse is embodied in discourse rendering,discourse mobilization and discourse monopoly.From the perspective of micro discourse dimension,the path choice of network populism governance includes shaking the discourse position of network populism,leading the discourse production of network populism,deconstructing the discourse hegemony of network populism,regulating the discourse subject of network populism,and cultivating the discourse ecology of network populism.
