语言产业安全的影响因素及治理路径

An Analysis of Influencing Factorsand Measures of the Security of Language Industry

经济安全是国家总体安全的基础。语言产业作为经济领域的一部分,其安全与国家安全密切相关。针对语言产业安全是什么、语言产业安全的影响因素有哪些、语言产业安全如何保障等三个问题,目前学界尚缺少全面和系统的研究。本文基于扎根理论,采用MAXQDA质性分析软件,对语言产业相关研究文献、新闻评述文本进行开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择性编码,梳理出语言产业安全的影响因素。研究发现,影响语言产业安全的主要因素包括政策、法律法规、科学研究、产业内部因素。根据主要影响因素,进一步提出基于大数据平台和数据链的语言产业安全的现代化治理路径。

Economic security is the foundation of national security.As a part of economic area,the security of language industry is related to national security.What is the security of language industry?What are influencing factors of it?What should we do to ensure it?These are unanswered questions.This paper aims to explore influencing factors of the security of language industry,and further propose the approaches of maintaining the security of language industry.We apply MAXQDA which is one kind of academic software used in qualitative research into coding both academic papers and news discourses about language industry based on grounded theory.There are three kinds of coding including open coding,axial coding and selective coding.The results show that there are four main influencing factors including policies about language industry,intellectual property,academic research on language industry and components in language industry.Thus,we propose modernized approaches to ensure the security of language industry based on big data platform and data links.
