摘要
进入社会主义新时代,我国的思政课教师培养体制改革取得了长足的进展,但仍旧存在着一些不适应,主要表现在:职前培养与在职培训互不协调,缺乏对思政课教师职前培养的足够重视;政治素养目标过于原则性,对教育理论素养目标重视不够;注重思政专业课程的设置,教师教育类课程开设不足;职前培养对象不尽完整,放逐了对高校思政课教师的培养;评价方式方法不尽合理,尚无系统的思政课教师评价标准。因此,必须进行实质性的改革:一要调整并确立科学的思政课教师培养理念;二要构建大中小学一体化的思政课教师培养机制;三要探索基于“两个立足点”的思政课教师培养体制;四要建构科学一体化的思政课教师培养评价体系与评价标准。如此,才能满足新时代对思政课教师的基本诉求,完成立德树人根本任务。
In the new era of our socialist country,the reform of ideological and political teacher training system has made great progress,but there are still some inadaptability,mainly manifested in:the pre-service education(pedagogical education)and in-service training do not coordinate,lack of adequate attention to the pedagogical education of ideological and political teachers;the objective of political literacy is too principled and not enough attention is paid to the objective of educational theory literacy;too much attention paid to professional courses,but teacher education courses are not enough;the object of pre-service education is not complete,which banishes the training of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities;The evaluation method is not reasonable and there is no systematic training standard for ideological and political teachers.Substantial reform is needed.First,we should adjust and establish the scientific idea of cultivating ideological and political teachers;second,we should construct integrated ideological and political teacher education system;thirdly,we should explore the cultivation system of ideological and political teachers based on“two foothold”.Fourthly,an integrated and scientific evaluation standard and system for ideological and political teachers education should be established.
