农村居民点整理意愿影响机制的多视角探析——基于山东省212份农户问卷调查的实证

The multi-perspective analysis of the influencing mechanism of the willingness to consolidate rural residential areas:Based on the investigation of 212 farmer households in Shandong province

为揭示农村居民点整理农户意愿影响机制,本文基于农户数据,依据技术接受模型、计划行为理论、农户决策理论,从农户主观视角和客观条件两方面构建农户意愿决策模型,用SEM模型和Logistic模型实证分析,结果显示:①从农户主观视角,行为态度、主观规范显著正向影响农户意愿,知觉行为控制显著负向影响农户意愿,感知易用性分别以行为态度和感知有用性为中介变量对农户意愿产生间接正向影响,感知有用性以行为态度为中介变量对农户意愿产生间接的正向影响;②从农户客观条件视角,村庄所处地形条件、村庄到城镇的距离、文化程度、家庭赡养老人的人数、房屋新旧情况显著影响农户整理意愿。针对研究结果,提出农村居民点整理的相关政策建议。

Based on the survey data of households,according to the technology acceptance model,theory of planned behavior and households'decision,this paper constructs the decision making model of rural settlements consolidation from two aspects of households'subjective psychological feelings and objective conditions,and makes an empirical analysis by using SEM model and Logistic model,so as to unfold the influence mechanism of households’willingness.The results show that:(1)From the perspective of subjective psychological feelings of households,behavioral attitudes and subject norms have a significant positive impact on households'willingness,while perceived behavior control makes a significant negative difference to households'willingness.The perceived ease of use,with behavioral attitudes and perceived usefulness as mediating variables,has an indirect positive impact on households'willingness respectively.Perceived usefulness,with behavioral attitude as the mediating variable,has an indirect positive impact on households'willingness.(2)From the objective perspectives of households,the topographic conditions of the village,the distance from village to town,the degree of education,the number of the elderly supported by the family and housing conditions significantly affect households'willingness.According to the research results,the paper puts forward relevant policies and suggestions of rural settlements consolidation.
