摘要
本文以成渝城市群的34个城市为研究对象,从土地承压、施压两个角度建立指标体系,采用灰关联熵法确定指标权重,利用线性加权法计算出承压、施压指数,通过其比值得到土地承载力水平,再通过协调发展度评价模型衡量其协调发展程度。结果表明:①2018年,成渝城市群中,四川省比重庆市承压水平更高,作为两核心区的四川省成都市和重庆市主城区施压水平处于城市群峰值。除两核心区是超载区外,其余城市土地综合承载力均在1以上,属于盈余区。②四川省各城市土地协调发展度中等,重庆市则中等偏下,协调发展度最好的是成都市,最差的是丰都县。③在空间上,成渝城市群整体土地综合承载力较好,应着重疏解两核心区的土地压力,利用好盈余高值区,南北两端土地协调发展度较好,可以充分拉动整体发展。
article takes 34 cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration as the research object,establishes an index system from the two perspectives of land pressure and pressure,uses the gray correlation entropy method to determine the index weight,and uses the linear weighting method to calculate the pressure and pressure index.The land carrying capacity level is obtained through the ratio,and then the coordinated development degree is measured by the coordinated development evaluation model.The results show that:①In the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration in 2018,Sichuan Province has a higher level of pressure than Chongqing City,and the pressure level of the two cores is at the peak of the urban agglomeration.Except for the two cores,which are overloaded areas,the overall carrying capacity of the land in the remaining cities is above 1,which belongs to the surplus area.②The degree of coordinated land development in cities in Sichuan Province is medium,while that of Chongqing is medium to lower.The best coordinated development is in Chengdu,and the worst is Fengdu County.③In terms of space,the overall land carrying capacity of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is relatively good.It should focus on alleviating the land pressure of the two cores,making good use of the high surplus area,and the coordinated development of the land at the north and south ends is better,which can fully promote the overall development.
