湖南省设施农用地监管现状评价及对策研究

Current supervision evaluation and countermeasure research of facility agricultural land in Hunan

本文选取浏阳市、资阳区和保靖县作为研究区域,运用设施农用地备案数据、第三次全国国土调查数据成果、最新遥感影像数据等多源空间数据,从设施农用地规模特征、占用地类、用地合规性等方面对现状特征进行分析,并从备案率、备案信息准确性等方面评估设施农用地备案情况。基于现状评价,分析设施农用地监管存在的问题及产生原因,提出了加强和改进设施农用地监管的相关对策建议。

In this paper,Liuyang city,Ziyang district and Baojing county are selected as the research areas,and multi-source spatial data such as facility agricultural land filing data,the results of the third land survey data,and the latest remote sensing image data are used to analyze the current situation characteristics of facility agricultural land scale characteristics,occupied land types,and land planning compliance,and evaluate the facility agricultural land filing situation from the aspects of filing rate and accuracy of filing information.Based on the current supervision evaluation,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of facility agricultural land supervision,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening and improving facility agricultural land supervision.
