一种可自动调焦的高精度相差哈特曼-夏克测量系统

摘要 为了提高测量人眼验光参数的准确性与重复性,提出一种采用液体透镜实现可自动调焦的高精度相差哈特曼-夏克测量系统。该方法可根据测量者在离散状况下的屈光度数自动调节人眼底信标光斑处于聚焦状态,使采集的人眼波前像差图像光斑汇聚,从而提高计算波前像差的准确性。采用基于该方法所构建的测量系统进行实验测试,通过对被计量过的7个标准模拟眼(范围从-20D~+20D)代替人眼来模拟不同度数下产生的离焦状态,实验结果表明:所提出的用液体透镜变焦的波前探测系统测量最大误差在±0.25D范围内,比传统的激光平行入射的波前探测系统测量更加准确,具有较强的适应性,为后续测量不同度数的人眼屈光度数提供重要的方法。 In order to improve the accuracy and repeatability of measuring the optometric parameters of human eyes,a high-precision phase difference Hartmann Shack measurement system with liquid lens and automatic focusing is proposed.This method can automatically adjust the focus of the human fundus beacon facula according to the diopter of the measurer in the discrete state,so that the collected human eye wavefront aberration image facula can converge,thus improving the accuracy of wavefront aberration calculation.The measurement system based on this method is used for experimental testing.By replacing human eyes with seven measured standard analog eyes(ranging from-20D to+20D)to simulate the defocusing state under different degrees,the experimental results show that the maximum measurement error of the proposed wave front detection system with liquid lens zoom is within±0.25D,which is more accurate than the traditional wave front detection system with laser parallel incidence,It has strong adaptability and provides an important method for the subsequent measurement of human diopter at different degrees.
