摘要
容积补偿器液位是研究堆重要的监测参数之一,对于反应堆的安全运行和自动控制都至关重要,一旦液位值达到相应阈值将触发一系列设备联锁动作。本文通过对容积补偿器液位测量系统结构、测量原理、影响因素进行深入分析,采用变送器零点迁移和DCS算法自动补偿的方法,消除了安装标高、介质状态、介质密度对液位测量的影响,解决了各种工况下液位显示与实际不一致的问题,提高了液位测量的准确性和可靠性,保证了研究堆的安全运行。
e water level of the volume compensator is one of the important monitoring parameter in research reactor, it is essential for the safe operation and automatic control in the reactor. Once the water level reaches corresponding threshold value, a series of device chain actions will be triggered. The paper deeply analyzed the water level measurement system, principle and influential factors of volumetric compensator. The effects of installation elevation, medium state and medium density on water level measurement had been eliminated by changing zero point of transmitter and adding automatic compensation of DCS. The problem of water level display and actual inconsistencies under various operating conditions had been solved. Which also improved the accuracy and reliability of water level measurement greatly and ensured the safe operation of the research reactor.
