发电机解列信号扩展继电器组改造设计

摘要 发电机解列信号是热控系统重要保护、控制信号之一,取自单元机组220kV开关站内三相主油开关的中间继电器。在早期设计中,电气系统送至热控系统的发电机解列信号只有一组(A、B、C三相各一个),热控系统接收后普遍采用二次扩展的方式再送至DEH、ETS等重要控制回路。原发电机解列信号二次扩展回路在供电方式、中间继电器接点取用方面存在隐患,容易引发信号误发,从而导致热工保护误动或拒动。本文深入分析原秦电3号机组发电机解列信号扩展继电器组设计上存在的隐患,结合行业规范、反措要求,在供电方式的冗余配置、中间继电器搭接组合方面重新进行了优化设计,解决了原有设计上的隐患,为类似的工程设计提供了良好的范例。 e Electric generator stepout signal,which from the intermediate relay of the three-phase main oil switch in unit plant’s 220kV switching station.In the early design,there is one signal group(A or B or C phase)in the electric generator stepout signals from electric system to thermal control system,the received signal from thermal control system adopting the method of secondary expansion sends to the critical control loop such as DEH and DCS.The primary secondary expansion loop of electric generator stepout signal existed hidden danger,easy to trigger missend,thus resulting in thermal protection misoperation or refusal.A further analysis about the existed hidden danger on the design of the electric generator stepout signal intermediate relay group on the unit 3 plant of Qinhuangdao Power had been done in this paper,combines industry regulations and measures required.The design has been optimized again on redundancy of power supply modes and intermediate relay lap combination,solved the hidden trouble of the original design,provided a good example for similar projects.
