Application of DP cable special grounding card in field bus technology installation with the development of science and technology,power generation enterprises are faced with higher requirements for informatization,intelligence and digitalization,and the establishment of smart power plants is imminent.Fieldbus technology is the basis of power plant digitalization.Especially,the shielding of Profibus communication cable is very important for the whole bus system.Bus equipment interference has also become one of the common problems in many power plants using bus technology.To solve this problem,a special grounding terminal card for bus type actuator DP cable shielding layer is innovated,designed,developed and applied according to the actual situation.It can effectively reduce the failure rate of bus equipment caused by communication interruption due to shielding,and avoid equipment damage due to grounding and personal injury due to electric shock.
