摘要
根茎类作物在其机械化收获过程中存在挖掘阻力大、收获损伤严重等问题。研究根茎类作物机械化收获过程中减小挖掘阻力、降低收获损伤的方法,能够改善收获效果,有利于提升我国农业机械化整体水平,促进全国根茎类作物产业的均衡发展。阐述了国内外低阻低损收获技术研究现状,对现有低阻低损收获机具的工作原理、特点及其性能进行分析比较,探寻根茎类作物低阻低损收获方法,并针对当前研究存在的问题做出展望。以上研究能够从理论上拓宽根茎类作物机械低阻低损收获机理的研究方法,在实际应用中直接关系到国民经济的发展,具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。
In the process of mechanized harvesting of root crops,problems such as large working resistance and serious harvest damage are often encountered,which affect the harvest efficiency.Research on methods to reduce excavation resistance and harvest damage during mechanized harvesting of root crops can improve the harvest effect,help to improve the overall level of agricultural mechanization in China,and promote the balanced development of root crop industry in the country.This paper introduces the research status of low-resistance and low-loss harvesting technology for root crops at home and abroad,analyzes and compares the working principle,characteristics and performance of the existing low-resistance and low-loss harvesting machines and tools,explores the low-resistance and low-loss harvesting methods of rhizome crops,and makes prospects for the problems existing in the current research.The above research can theoretically expand the research methods of the harvesting mechanism of rhizome crops with low resistance and low loss,which is directly related to the development of the national economy in practical application,and has important scientific significance and application value.
