基于精密工件光学检测的应用研究

摘要 将结构光技术应用于距离检测和平面度检测。通过相机标定、结构光标定等前期准备和后期FPFH图像特征提取,采用最小二乘法、SVD分解分别进行线性拟合和理想平面拟合;利用MATLAB软件绘制图像,从而完成距离检测和平面度检测。 This article uses structured light technology to realize its application in distance detection and flatness detection.Through camera calibration,structure cursor calibration and other preliminary preparations,and later FPFH image feature extraction,linear fitting and ideal plane fitting are carried out respectively through least square method and SVD decomposition.Use MATLAB software to draw the image to complete the distance detection and flatness detection.
