Optimization of Injection Molding Process Parameters Based on Response Surface Method

摘要 针对注塑过程中影响产品质量的工艺参数过多、难以选择合适参数提高产品质量的问题,提出了一种基于Taguchi试验设计和响应面法相结合的新型注塑模工艺参数优化筛选方法。以对合针槽为研究对象,选取模具温度、熔体温度、注射压力、填充时间、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间为试验变量,产品质量以翘曲变形量和体积收缩率为响应变量,采用模糊映射法对响应变量进行综合评判,得到总评分,通过Taguchi试验筛选出对总评分影响程度最大的试验变量,再利用响应面法建立试验变量与响应变量的响应面模型,然后结合多目标遗传算法进行优化求解,最后代入Moldflow模流分析软件进行验证。结果表明,利用筛选后的试验变量建立的响应面模型是可靠的,对提高产品质量有效。 In view of the problem that there are too many process parameters affecting product quality in the injection molding process and it is impossible to select appropriate process parameters to optimize product quality,a new method for optimizing process parameters of injection mold based on Taguchi experimental design and response surface method is proposed.Taking the needle closing groove as the research object,the mold temperature,melt temperature,injection pressure,filling time,holding pressure,holding time and cooling time are selected as the test variables.The product quality takes the warpage deformation and volume shrinkage as the response variables,and the fuzzy mapping method is used to comprehensively evaluate the response variables to obtain the total score,Taguchi test is used to screen out the test variables that have the greatest impact on the total score.Then the response surface model of test variables and response variables is established by response surface method,and then optimized by multi-objective genetic algorithm.Finally,it is substituted into Moldflow model flow analysis software for verification.The results show that the response surface models established by using the selected test variables are reliable and effective to improve the product quality.
