摘要
对30个钢筋全灌浆套筒灌浆连接试件高温后进行了静力拉伸试验,研究了温度和钢筋位置对钢筋全灌浆套筒连接的影响。结果表明:全灌浆套筒高温后的破坏形式为钢筋被拉断和钢筋刮犁式破坏两种;当破坏形态为钢筋拉断时,抗拉强度主要取决于钢材高温后的强度;当破坏形态为钢筋刮犁式破坏时,破坏强度取决于灌浆料的强度。
Static tensile tests were carried out on 30 specimens of reinforced full grouting barrel grouting connection after high temperature.The effects of temperature and reinforcement position on reinforced full grouting sleeve connection were studied.The results show that the failure modes of the full grouting barrel sleeve after high temperature are tensile failure of reinforcement and scraping plow failure of reinforcement;when the failure mode is reinforcement breaking,the tensile strength mainly depends on the strength of steel after high temperature;when the failure mode is steel scraper failure,the failure strength depends on the strength of grouting material.
