摘要
我国提出2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和,建筑领域“碳达峰”是重要路径之一,也是建筑产业绿色建造的必经之路。本文借助大家•晴川明月项目特点,选取的3#楼(装配式建造方式,装配率50%)和7#楼(传统现浇建造式)考虑建造阶段、建材生产及运输阶段进行碳排放对比,得出装配式建造方式碳排放低于传统现浇建造方式并提出了相关建议,可为实现工程建造的绿色化发展作参考。
China proposes to achieve carbon peak by 2030,carbon neutral by 2060,“Carbon peak”in the construction field is one of the important paths,but also the only way to high-quality development of the construction industry.Based on the characteristics of Qingchuan Mingyue project,this paper compares the carbon emission of 3#building(assembly construction method,assembly rate 50%)and 7#building(traditional cast-in-place construction method).It is concluded that the carbon emission of the fabricated construction is lower than that of the traditional cast-in-place construction,and relevant suggestions and applications are put forward.
