摘要 以某市新建的[60+100+60]m连续预应力连续箱梁桥工程为依托,研究分析了大跨度预应力连续箱梁悬臂挂篮施工技术,根据施工工艺流程,对大跨度预应力连续箱梁桥悬臂挂篮所涉及的挂篮的安装与预压,标准梁段的钢筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程及预应力工程,边跨与中跨的合拢施工,体系转换,挂篮拆除5个方面进行了研究探讨,梳理分析各工艺环节的重点与难点,总结形成了一套较为完善的大跨度预应力连续箱梁桥悬臂挂篮施工技术体系。 Cantilever hanging basket construction of long span continuous girder bridge common construction technology.Based on the new[60+100+60]m continuous prestressed girder bridge in a city,this paper studies and analyzes the construction technology of cantilever hanging basket of long-span continuous prestressed box girder.According to the construction process,the cantilever hanging basket of the long-span prestressed continuous box girder bridge involves the installation and preloading of the hanging basket;reinforcement engineering,formwork,concrete engineering and prestressed engineering of standard beam section;the closing construction of side span and middle span;system transformation;the demolition of hanging baskets is studied and discussed,the key points and difficulties of each process are summarized and analyzed,and a relatively perfect construction technology system of cantilever hanging baskets of long-span prestressed continuous box girder bridge is concluded.In order to provide reference for similar projects.
