摘要
现浇剪力墙结构施工过程中,需要对受力钢筋及墙体侧模分别进行准确定位,以确保墙体截面尺寸及平整度,防止钢筋位移及保护层厚度出现偏差,常规方法采用的梯子筋、双F卡、保护层垫块、钢筋支撑或预制混凝土支撑等控制措施,存在材料消耗高,现场工作量大,控制件易滑移、易损伤模板的弊端。通过头脑风暴小组课题攻关、经济技术比选及现场试验监测的方法,研制一种用于剪力墙钢筋及模板定位的多功能顶撑,集锁定主筋、精控保护层厚度、内撑模板、防水抗渗等功能于一体,只需一种简易工具,即可同时保证剪力墙钢筋及模板定位精确,满足结构实体检验质量标准以及设计与施工规范要求。
During the construction of cast-in-place shear wall structure,it is necessary to locate the reinforced bar and the wall side formwork accurately to ensure the wall section size and flatness,and to prevent the deviation of the reinforcement displacement and the thickness of the protective layer,the conventional control measures,such as ladder bar,double-f card,protective layer cushion block,steel bar support or precast concrete support,have the disadvantages of high material consumption,heavy workload on site,easy slip of control parts and easy damage of formwork.Based on the methods of brainstorming group,economic and technical comparison and Field Test Monitoring,a kind of multi-function bracing is developed for the location of reinforcement and formwork of shear wall,the utility model integrates the functions of locking the main steel bar,fine control of the thickness of the protective layer,internal bracing formwork,waterproof and impermeable,etc.,meet the structural entity inspection quality standards and design and construction code requirements.
