摘要
目前国内检测单位在进行混凝土灌注桩竖向抗拔静载试验时,反力装置大多使用反力加筋钢墩焊接法。该试验方法一是受桩顶上方反力主梁阻碍,主梁下端有部分钢筋不能延长焊接至圆钢墩侧面上,无法承担试验抗拔力;二是该方法需施工单位配合焊接,耗费很多人力物力,浪费时间、材料。为了提高灌注桩抗拔静载试验检测效率,采用一种新型的反力传导钢盘,将灌注桩钢筋笼的预留钢筋通过锚具固定在若干钢隔板上,钢隔板平行置于反力钢盘上。将主力钢筋连接上下部反力钢盘,形成一种新型反力传导系统进行灌注桩抗拔试验,现场安装拆卸快捷、安全可靠、循环使用、绿色环保、经济高效,形成了检测连接新技术。
At present,in the vertical static load test of concrete cast-in-place pile,the reaction device mostly uses the welding method of reinforced steel pier.First,the test method is obstructed by the main beam under the counter force at the top of the pile,and some of the steel bars at the lower end of the main beam can not be extended to the side of the round steel pier and can not bear the test anti-pulling force,cost a lot of manpower and material resources,both waste time,materials.In order to improve the efficiency of static load test of cast-in-place piles,a new type of counter-force conducting steel plate is adopted,in which the reserved reinforcing bars of the reinforcement cage of cast-in-place piles are fixed on several steel diaphragms by anchors,and the steel diaphragms are placed on the counter-force steel plates in parallel.Connecting the main steel bar to the upper and lower counterforce steel plates,a new counterforce conducting system is formed to carry out the pullout test of the cast-in-place pile,the new technology of detecting and connecting is formed.
