摘要
利用3年表型和重测序数据分别对11个冀花高油酸花生品种进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果发现,15个性状中脂肪含量变异系数最小为1.91%,除亚油酸外产量性状变异均大于品质变异系数,百果重与百仁重呈极显著正相关,油酸和亚油酸呈极显著负相关。主成分分析提取的前2个主成分累计贡献率达78.99%,利用表型性状对品种进行分类,结果与系谱关系部分一致。质控后获得320000个分布均匀的高质量SNP位点,利用基因型数据将11个品种聚为4类,能够将同一组合衍生品种划分为同一类,结果与品种系谱关系一致。因此,利用基因型数据更能准确反映品种内在遗传基础,为种质资源的分类和利用提供参考。
To guide classification of peanut germplasm resources,principal component and cluster analysis were applied on 11 Jihua varieties with high oleic acid by using 3 years phenotype and re-sequencing data.Results showed that oil content variation coefficient among 15 traits was the smallest at 1.91%.The variation of yield charac⁃teristics was greater than quality except linoleic acid content.The positive correlation coefficient between hundred pod weight and hundred-seed weight was extremely significant,and oleic acid content had a significant negative correlation with linoleic acid content.The cumulative contribution rate of the first two principal components was 78.99%.Cultivars were classified using phenotype traits,and the results were partially consistent with pedigree rela⁃tionships.After data control,320000 high-quality SNP sites with uniform density distribution were obtained.4 cat⁃egories were from 11 varieties via genotype data.Meanwhile,varieties derived from the same combination were di⁃vided into one category,thus the results are consistent with variety pedigree relationship.Therefore,genotype data is more accurately on reflecting genetic basis of the varieties,and could provide reference for germplasm resources classification and utilization.
