区域绿色制造发展指数测度及其时空演变特征分析 被引量:3

摘要 推动绿色制造是制造业高质量发展的内在要求。文章以网络拓扑结构模型为基础,从绿色经营能力、资源利用能力、环境共生能力和绿色创新能力四个维度构建区域绿色制造发展指标体系,运用基于熵权法的TOPSIS-灰色关联分析模型对2009—2018年我国30个省份的绿色制造发展指数进行综合测度分析,并进一步采用系统聚类法对各省份进行梯度划分,进而探索区域绿色制造发展的时空演变规律。研究发现:东部地区绿色制造发展指数常年处于较高水平,而中部和西部地区发展指数普遍较低,我国绿色制造发展水平从沿海向内陆递减,梯度差异明显;各省份绿色制造发展水平可依次划分为五个等级,省际差距较大,且绿色创新能力是区域绿色制造发展水平的首要影响因素;三大经济圈绿色制造发展特征各异:长三角经济圈的“辐射效应”显著,珠三角经济圈的“虹吸效应”明显,而环渤海经济圈兼而有之。 Promoting green manufacturing is the inherent requirement of high-quality development of manufacturing industry.Based on the network topology model,this paper constructs the regional green manufacturing development index system from four dimensions of green operation ability,resource utilization ability,environmental symbiosis ability and green innovation ability,then uses a TOPSIS-grey correlation analysis model based on entropy weight method to comprehensively measure and analyze the green manufacturing development index of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2018,and finally adopts the system clustering method to divide the provinces into different regions and explore the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of regional green manufacturing development.The results are shown as the following:The development index of green manufacturing in the eastern region is high for years,while the development indexes in the central and western regions are generally low.The development level of green manufacturing in China is decreasing from coastal area to the inland with obvious gradient differences.The development level of green manufacturing in each province can be successively divided into five levels,the inter-provincial gap is large,and the green innovation ability is the primary influencing factor of regional green manufacturing development level.The three economic circles have different characteristics of green manufacturing development:the Yangtze River Delta economic circle has a significant“radiation effect”;the Pearl River Delta economic circle has a significant“siphon effect”,and the Bohai Rim economic circle has the both.
