数量与质量影响力下的学术期刊评价新指标——C刊影响因子和非C刊影响因子

New Index of Academic Journal Evaluation Under the Influence of Quantity and Quality—Impact Factors of CSSCI Journals and Non-CSSCI Journals

随着期刊整改力度的加大,对学术期刊进行客观有效的评价十分重要,尤其是基于被引数量和被引质量角度。文章提出两个新的期刊影响力评价指标——C刊(CSSCI来源期刊,简称C刊)影响因子与非C刊影响因子,基于中国知网(CNKI)引文数据库,以管理类期刊为例,对新指标进行描述性统计分析,并采用斯皮尔曼相关系数法、偏二乘回归方法进行实证分析。研究表明:C刊影响因子与非C刊影响因子是两个重要的期刊影响力评价指标,前者主要反映被引质量,后者主要反映一般被引情况;C刊影响因子与非C刊影响因子均为右偏分布,且与大多数影响力评价指标呈正相关关系;相对h指数对C刊影响因子与非C刊影响因子的影响最大,载文量对C刊影响因子与非C刊影响因子几乎无影响。

With increasing efforts to improve and rectify journals,it is very important to evaluate academic journals objectively and effectively,especially from the perspectives of the number and the quality of citations.This paper proposes two new evaluation indexes of journal influence:impact factors of CSSCI journals and non-CSSCI journals.Based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)citation database,the paper takes management journals as an example to make a descriptive statistical analysis on the new indicators,and then uses Spearman’s correlation coefficient and partial square regression for empirical analysis.The results go as below:Impact factors of CSSCI journals and non-CSSCI journals are two important evaluation indexes of journal influence,and the former mainly reflects the quality of citations,while the latter mainly reflects the general citation status.Impact factors of CSSCI journals and non-CSSCI journals are both right-skewed distribution and positively correlated with most evaluation indicators of impact.The relative h index has the greatest impact on the impact factors of CSSCI journals and non-CSSCI journals,while the number of papers has almost no effect on impact factors of CSSCI journals and non-CSSCI journals.
