钢制矩形截面容器数值分析及应力测试试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在化工行业中,压力容器主要以球形和圆柱形为主。但矩形截面容器具有制造简单、空间利用率高、传热效率高等优点,其在低压容器中应用日益广泛。文中针对钢制矩形截面容器,通过ANSYS软件对其进行有限元分析,进行应力强度计算及校核。同时开展应力测试试验研究,验证其在不同工况下设计的安全性。最后,将数值模拟结果与试验数据进行对比分析,证实了有限元分析结果的可靠性和分析设计方法的适用性,为钢制矩形截面容器分析设计提供相关技术参考。 In the chemical industry,pressure vessels are mainly spherical and cylindrical.However,rectangular section vessels have the advantages of simple manufacture,high space utilization and high heat transfer efficiency,which are widely used in low-pressure vessels.In this paper,the finite element analysis of a steel rectangular section vessel was carried out by ANSYS software,and the stress intensity calculation and its assessment were conducted.At the same time,the stress test was carried out to verify the design safety under different working conditions.Finally,the numerical simulation results were compared with the experimental data to verify the reliability of the finite element analysis results and the applicability of the design method.It can provide technical reference for the analysis and design of steel rectangular section vessel.
