俄乌冲突对中国粮食安全的影响及对策建议

Russia and Ukraine have a large share in the production and export of wheat,corn,rapeseed,sunflower seed and sunflower seed oil in the world.The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has a serious impact on food planting and export,threatening global food security.The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has hindered food planting,and seriously affected global exports.In the face of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine,in order to prevent systematic risks,China should maintain the bottom line and people’s livelihood,smooth all import links under the influence of the pandemic,ensure efficient and smooth import channels,and further diversify the overseas investment layout to improve China’s food security level.Based on analyzing the impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on global and China’s food security,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from ensuring the normal operation of the domestic supply chain,improving food quality and farming efficiency,timely studying and judging international trends,and orderly providing foreign food aid.
