摘要 骨质疏松症是一种高发的代谢性骨病,每年有数百万人因此发生脆性骨折,而其中大多数是可以预防的,故早期诊断并准确评估骨质疏松症成为研究热点。随着医学影像技术的快速发展,其已逐渐成为骨质疏松症诊断及评估的核心方法,而临床上常用的X线、双能X线吸收测定、超声、计算机断层扫描和磁共振成像在骨质疏松症的诊断和评估等方面发挥了至关重要的作用。本文将针对目前临床上常用的医学影像技术在骨质疏松症中的研究新进展作一简要概述,以期为骨质疏松症的诊断和评估提供理论依据,扩展对骨质疏松症发生发展的认识。 Osteoporosis is a metabolic bone disease with high incidence.Millions of people suffer from fragility fractures every year,most of which can be prevented.Therefore,early diagnosis and accurate evaluation of osteoporosis have become a research hotspot.With the rapid development of medical imaging technology,it has gradually become the core method of diagnosis and evaluation of osteoporosis.Medical imaging technology commonly used in clinic,such as X-ray,dual energy X-ray absorptiometry,ultrasound,computed tomography,and magnetic resonance imaging have played a vital role in the diagnosis and evaluation of osteoporosis.This paper will briefly summarize the new progress of medical imaging technology used in the study of osteoporosis,in order to provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and evaluation of osteoporosis and expand the understanding of the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.
