闻庆汉教授推拿治筋伤特色临床经验与学术思想探讨

In more than 50 years of clinical practice of massage,Professor Wen Qinghan has been able to integrate the western and traditional Chinese medicine.He has drawn on the strengths of various schools,has formed a unique experience and academic ideological system for treating tendon and injuries.Professor Wen strictly followed the traditional principles which emphasize the characteristics of“tendon prefering softness instead of rigidity”,focusing on the inheritance of traditional massage therapy and closely integrating modern medical theory.In the clinical treatment of tendon injuries,Professor Wen emphasizes the application of myofascial chain and muscle starting point therapy,stressing that the practitioner not only needs to be based on the whole body and focus on the local area,but also has to identify the meridian to take the points as well as distinguish the anatomical structure to help who patients restore the mechanical balance of the body and achieve a status of balance between yin and yang.In addition,Professor Wen attaches importance to clinical efficacy,advocates flexible manipulation,opposes excessive massage,and holds the view that practitioners need to continuously strengthen their own manipulations.Professor Wen’s clinical treatment effectiveness is excellent,which deserves learning,refering,inheritance and development.
