跨理论模型的认知干预对急性缺血性脑卒中取栓治疗后患者健康行为及自理能力的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨采用跨理论模型的认知干预对急性缺血性脑卒中取栓治疗后患者健康行为及自理能力的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2021年9月于上海长海医院接受取栓治疗的100例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用跨理论模型的认知干预,两组均干预6个月。比较两组干预前后的健康行为、自理能力。结果干预6个月时,两组健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ评分、日常生活活动能力评定表评分较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论跨理论模型的认知干预在急性缺血性脑卒中取栓治疗后患者中具有良好应用效果,可有效改善患者健康行为、自理能力。 Objective To explore the effect of cross theoretical model cognitive intervention on health behavior and self-care ability with acute ischemic stroke after thrombectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke who received thrombectomy in Shanghai Changhai Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with cognitive intervention of cross theoretical model,both groups were intervened for six months.The healthy behavior and self-care ability of two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After six months of intervention,the scores of health-promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱand activity of daily living in both groups were increased than those before intervention,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive intervention of cross theoretical model has a good application effect in patients with acute ischemic stroke after thrombectomy,and can effectively improve their healthy behavior and self-care ability.
