血流限制伴随不同强度的力量训练对肌肉力量和爆发性跳跃表现的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Blood Flow Restriction with Different Intensities of Strength Training on Muscle Strength and Explosive Jump Performance

摘要 目的:探究血流限制(Blood Flow Restriction Training,BFRT)伴随不同强度的力量训练对肌肉力量和爆发性跳跃表现的影响。方法:24名有训练经验(1RM/BW>1.5)的学生受试者被招募且随机分成三组:20%1RM+BFRT干预组、40%1RM+BFRT干预组、CON(75%1RM)组,训练动作模式为负重半蹲,共进行5周训练,每周2次训练,每两次训练间隔48小时;基于腿围[(55.23±1.84cm、55.67±1.58cm)],20%1RM+BFRT、40%1RM+BFRT训练组选用相同加压值(252.14±8.17mm Hg);所有组别在实验前后进行CMJ和深蹲1RM测试。结果:40%1RM+BFRT组和CON组训练干预对下蹲跳高度的提高效益均存在统计学意义;与20%1RM训练干预相比,40%1RM训练干预对下蹲跳高度的提升效果更佳;组间差异不存在统计学意义;与实验前相比,40%1RM+BFRT训练干预和CON组干预对深蹲1RM的提高均存在统计学意义;组间检验发现,三组训练干预对深蹲1RM提升效果均不存在统计学意义。结论:血流限制训练伴随负重深蹲训练对实验对象的下蹲跳高度、深蹲1RM运动表现具有积极效益;血流限制训练伴随中等负荷强度的力量训练干预对下肢力量的提升效果优于常规全身性的力量训练。 Objective: To explore the effects of Blood Flow Training(BFRT) on muscle strength and explosive jump performance with strength training of different intensity. Methods: 24 students with training experience(1RM/BW>1.5) were recruited and randomly divided into three groups: 20%1RM-BFRT intervention group, 40% 1RM-BFRT intervention group, CON(75%1RM) group,training action mode is weight-bearing semi-squat, a total of 5 weeks of training, 2 training sessions per week, every two training intervals of 48 hours;(55.23±1.84cm, 55.67±1.58cm), 20% 1RM-BFRT,40%1RM-BFRT training group with the same pressurized value(252.14±8.17mmHg);all groups performed CMJ and deep squat 1RM test before and after the experiment. Results: 40% of the training interventions in the 1RM-BFRT group and con group were statistically significant in improving the height of squat jump, compared with 20% of 1RM training interventions, 40% of 1RM training interventions had better effect on the height of squat jumping;There was no statistical significance for the difference, compared with the pre-experiment, 40% of the 1RM-BFRT training intervention and CON group intervention had statistical significance for the improvement of squat 1RM, and the inter-group test found that none of the three sets of training interventions had statistical significance for the improvement effect of deep squat 1RM. Conclusion: Blood flow restriction training with weight-bearing squat training has positive effect on the knee-jumping height and squat 1RM exercise performance of the experimental subjects, and blood flow restriction training with moderate load strength strength training intervention has better effect on lower limb strength than conventional systemic strength training.
