我国学生体质健康的促进工作需要更加先进有效的手段,本文基于大数据背景下对可穿戴设备的发展和应用进行研究,提出可穿戴设备在学校体质测试,体育课及课外体育锻炼三个方面的应用,并探讨可穿戴设备在促进学生体质健康方面的应用前景。

The promotion of students’ physical health in China needs more advanced and effective means. Based on the background of big data, this paper studies the development and application of wearable device, and puts forward the application of wearable devices in physical fitness test,physical education and extracurricular physical exercise. Besides discuss the prospect of wearable device in promoting students’ physical health.
