协同理论视域下我国高校少数民族传统体育文化构建研究

Research on Construction of Traditional Ethnic Minorities Distinguishing Sports Culture in Universities Based on the Theory of Synergy

运用协同理论对我国高校少数民族传统体育文化构建问题进行研究。从协同性、整体性、动态性和反馈性的视角探讨高校少数民族传统体育文化的构建思路。解析高校开展少数民族传统体育文化构建各要素之间、参与主体之间的协同关系。提出从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化着手,构建以学校为主导、政企联动、专家参与的多主体协同模型。提出以学校体育文化建设总目标为基准,深挖少数民族传统体育文化内在优势,全方位考虑、多方推动、全面统筹、全员参与、分阶段协同推进的构建路径。

Study the theoretical problems in the development of the ethic minority traditional sports culture in china by the theory of synergy. The paper discusses the work of ethic minority traditional sports culture in universities from the perspectives of synergy, integrity, dynamics and feedback. It analyzes the synergy of the relationship of various elements of ethic minority traditional sports culture as well as all kinds of participates. It propose the model of multi-party collaborative work from material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture, which is with school as the leading,government-enterprise linkage and experts participation. It is proposed to build a work path based on the overall goal of school sports culture construction, deepen the inherent advantages of traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities, comprehensive consideration, multi-party promotion,comprehensive planning, full participation, and phased advancement.
