摘要 珠海国际会展中心二期项目会议会展单体展厅为典型高大空间结构,上下两层叠加布置,钢结构主梁采用国内首创的大跨度薄腹板加劲钢箱梁。文章创新性地提出将对位放置的箱梁互为反力架,以此为足尺模型进行加载试验,并详细论述试验全过程。通过对实测数据与ANSYS计算数据进行分析,证明了该项目整体分块提升的可实施性,同时为同类大跨度钢梁的制作及安装的预起拱提供了理论及数据支持。 The conference and exhibition hall of Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center Phase II Project is a typical tall and large space structure, with upper and lower layers superimposed on each other. The main girder of the steel structure adopts the large-span thin-web stiffened steel box girder which is pioneered in China. This paper innovatively proposes that the box girders placed in opposite position are mutual counterforce frames, which are used as full-scale models to carry out loading tests, and the whole process of the test is discussed in detail. Through the analysis of the measured data and ANSYS calculation data, the feasibility of the project overall block lifting is proved. At the same time, it provides theoretical and data support for the manufacture and installation of similar large-span steel girders.
