基于DIC技术的高边坡施工中边坡变形信息监测方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 隧道高边坡施工是一种复杂的工程,高边坡防护施工中的边坡变形监测对保证工程安全具有十分重要的意义。文章将DIC技术与高边坡地层变形信息监测相结合,通过图像视觉采集系统,利用摄像机视觉定位方式,构建三维立体信息识别系统。结果表明:(1)基于DIC(数字图像相关)技术及亚像素位移算法能够有效减少光照变化的干扰,提高施工扰动下高边坡地层信息变形监测精度。(2)在基于DIC技术的边坡监测中,边坡整体向下运动减缓,散斑场位移量较小,最大累积沉降3.85 mm;数字图像检测过程中边坡左侧最大累积沉降9.85 mm,小于沉降标准22 mm。监测结果与传统人工监测结果相吻合。(3)将DIC技术应用于高边坡施工监测,可以对边坡进行三维全场测量,该方法可为高边坡施工监测提供依据,具有良好的应用前景。 The high slope construction of the tunnel is a complex project. Slope deformation monitoring in high slope protection construction is of great significance to ensure the safety of the project. In this paper, DIC technology is combined with high slope strata deformation information monitoring. Through the image visual acquisition system and the camera visual positioning method, a 3D information recognition system is constructed. The results show that:(1) Based on DIC( digital Image Correlation) technology and sub-pixel displacement algorithm, the interference of illumination changes can be effectively reduced, and the deformation monitoring accuracy of high slope stratum information under construction disturbance can be improved.(2) In the slope monitoring based on DIC technology, the overall downward movement of the slope is slowed down, the displacement of the speckle field is small, and the maximum cumulative settlement is 3.85 mm;during the process of digital image detection, the maximum cumulative settlement on the left side of the slope is 9.85 mm, less than the settlement standard of 22 mm. The monitoring results are consistent with the traditional manual monitoring results.(3) The application of DIC technology in high slope construction monitoring can carry out 3D full-field measurement of the slope. This method can provide a basis for high slope construction monitoring and has a good application prospect.
