摘要
文章以广州市大坦沙东北地块为例,对控制性详细规划阶段基于雨水空间调蓄的海绵城市建设进行评估,探讨了海绵城市建设雨水调蓄空间的三种计算方案,对年径流总量控制率和年径流污染削减率进行复核。结果表明,按硬化面积指标体系复核计算的调蓄容积最大,项目地块需设置7 655.73 m^(3)雨水调蓄设施,等效年径流总量控制率为98%,年径流污染削减率为64%。
Taking the northeast block of Datansha in Guangzhou as an example, this paper evaluates the construction of sponge city based on rainwater spatial regulation and storage in the regulatory detailed planning stage, discusses three calculation schemes for rainwater regulation and storage space in sponge city construction, and reviews the total annual runoff control rate and annual runoff pollution reduction rate. The results show that the regulation and storage volume calculated by the hardened area index system is the largest,and the project plot needs to set up 7 655.73 m^(3) rainwater regulation and storage facilities. The equivalent total annual runoff control rate is 98%, and the annual runoff pollution reduction rate is 64%.
