摘要
开展敞开式全断面隧洞掘进机(TBM)施工的铁路隧道普遍会采用仰拱预制块来加快施工进度,避免因仰拱浇筑影响TBM掘进效率,同时也对仰拱块预制的制作和安装提出了更高的要求。文章对预埋套筒+普通螺纹道钉仰拱预制块施工模式在马来西亚云顶隧道TBM施工项目中的应用进行详细介绍,从经济性和工期两方面与传统预埋双头螺纹道钉仰拱预制块施工模式进行比较,实践证明预埋套筒+普通螺纹道钉仰拱预制块施工模式在施工中具有显著的优越性,具有极高的推广与应用价值。
Inverted arch prefabricated blocks are generally used in railway tunnels that carry out open full-section Tunnel Boring Machine( TBM) construction to speed up the construction progress, avoid the influence of inverted arch pouring on TBM tunneling efficiency, and also put forward higher requirements for the production and installation of inverted arch prefabricated block at the same time. This paper introduces in detail the application of the construction mode of pre-embedded sleeve + ordinary screw spike inverted arch prefabricated block in the TBM construction project of Genting Tunnel in Malaysia, and compares it with the traditional construction mode of pre-embedded double-headed screw spike inverted arch prefabricated block from the aspects of economy and construction period. Practice has proved that the construction mode of pre-embedded sleeve + ordinary screw spike inverted arch prefabricated block has remarkable advantages in construction and has extremely high promotion and application value.
