曲线钢箱梁桥优化设计与工程实例分析

摘要 曲线钢箱梁桥结构相较于传统混凝土结构桥梁具有较大的跨越能力,同时在相同跨越桥梁范围内钢箱梁桥结构具有质量轻的特点,在施工方面,具有施工拼装速度快和可进行焊接拼接后质量容易保证的优势,且这种桥梁结构施工期间对周边的影响也比较小。为使曲线钢箱梁桥结构在城市桥梁建设过程中得到更好的应用,文章首先分析钢箱梁桥一般病害成因及其防治,然后重点对曲线钢箱梁桥的设计内容进行研究,最后结合工程实例,通过建立模型、支座反力分析、箱梁扭矩分析,将钢箱梁桥曲线路段设计与实际工程结合。 Compared with the traditional concrete structure bridge, the curved steel box girder bridge structure has a larger spanning capacity. At the same time, the steel box girder bridge structure has the characteristics of light weight within the same spanning bridge range. In terms of construction, it has the advantages of fast construction and assembly and easy quality assurance after welding and splicing, and the influence on the surrounding area during the construction of this bridge structure is relatively small.In order to make the curved steel box girder bridge structure better applied in the process of urban bridge construction,this paper first analyzes the causes and prevention of common diseases of the steel box girder bridge, and then focuses on its design content. Finally, combined with the engineering example, the design of the curved section of the steel box girder bridge is combined with the actual project through the establishment of model, support reaction force analysis, box girder torque analysis.
