基于机器人实现的司机控制器自动检测系统

摘要 司机控制器是铁道机车、动车组及城市轨道车辆的控制设备,作为列车换向、调速的主令电器。司机控制器利用控制电路的低压电器来间接控制主电路的电气设备,其动作的好坏直接影响到列车的平稳操纵及各种工况的实现。该文以“复兴号”动车组所使用的标动司控器为例,提出一种基于机器人实现的司机控制器性能自动检测系统,从而快速、准确地进行司机控制器的性能测试。 Driver controller is the control equipment of railway locomotive, EMU and urban rail vehicle, as the main command of train reversing and speed regulating. The driver controller uses the low-voltage electrical apparatus of the control circuit to indirectly control the electrical equipment of the main circuit. Its action directly affects the smooth operation of the train and the realization of various working conditions.Taking the standard driver controller used in "Fuxing" EMU as an example, this paper proposes an automatic performance testing system for driver controller based on robot, so as to test the performance of driver controller quickly and accurately.
