水电双计远程控制器设计与实现

摘要 针对农业灌溉中用水计费方面存在的问题,设计一种能够同时计量水量和电量的智能计量装置。该装置由支持MBUS协议的超声波流量计采集用水量;使用HT7038电能计量芯片采集用电量;通过按键、液晶显示屏和扬声器进行人机交互;4G模块选用Air724UG并作为主控芯片,并通过GPIO输出端口控制磁保持继电器进而控制水泵的启停。水电计费数据采用MQTT协议经由4G网络发送至物联网云平台,手机扫描装置二维码打开APP获取云平台信息,实现灌溉信息实时化及远程控制。 In view of the problems existing in water charging in agricultural irrigation, an smart metering device which can measure water and electricity at the same time is designed. The device collects water consumption by ultrasonic Flowmeter supporting MBUS protocol;collects electricity consumption by HT7038 electric energy metering chip;carries out human-computer interaction through buttons, liquid crystal display screen and loudspeaker;4G module selects Air724UG as the main control chip, and controls magnetic holding relay through GPIO output port to control the start and stop of water pump. The hydropower billing data is sent to the cloud platform of the Internet of Things through the 4G network using the MQTT protocol, and the QR code of the mobile phone scanning device opens the APP to obtain the cloud platform information to achieve real-time irrigation information and remote control.
