摘要
该文采用宏观观察、金相检测、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对桥梁钢出厂探伤不合格产品进行系统性分析,发现试验样品探伤不合的主要原因为心部存在严重微观裂纹、成分偏析、组织异常并伴随大量的硫化物及氮化钛夹杂。
This paper uses themacroscopic observation, metallographic test, scanning electron macroscopic(SEM) and energy spectrum analysis method for bridge steel factory inspection unqualified products such as systematic analysis, found that the test sample testing is the center of the main reasons for severe micro crack, composition segregation and abnormal tissue and accompanied by a large number of sulfide and titanium nitride inclusions.
